Pro Tip Two: If you feel your feet have volume/roundness, or are flatter and wider, or you often feel like you are overflowing the top of a shoe (and perhaps that shoes feel too tight), order a wider width.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Exchange

Customers are given one (1) included exchange per order on all full-price items (see below for items on sale*). Additional exchanges are always available by placing a new order at antoniasaintny.com or by contacting us for assistance. Shoes eligible for exchange or refund must be:

1)
Returned unworn, only worn inside and on carpeting without any marks
2)
Within the original boxes
3)
Postmarked within 30 Days from delivery

To begin Exchange, please make sure you follow the return policy info at the link below, and send back unworn shoes to the address listed.

*All shoes 40% off can not be returned for a refund but include one exchange if needed in order to find the best fit, and are final sale, no refunds.

All items 50% off or greater are FINAL SALE/NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS, with the the one exception being sales that clearly state on each product page that one exchange is included, final sale. .

Returns

You may return eligible shoes* (see below for exclusions!) for a full refund if following the return policy detailed at the link below, minus a return handling fee of $10.00 USD per pair that will be saved on your account as a credit (can be used for any future purchases). This will be deducted with applicable return shipping costs from your refund once the returned shoes have been received and processed.

Note: Exchanges do not incur a restocking/handling fee. Only when an exchange results in a return for a full refund* will there be a handling fee.

If your returned shoes return to us visibly worn and damaged, your shoes will either be sent back to you (US-based customers), or quarantined in order to be refurbished. If refurbishment is necessary, a 30% USD refurbishment fee from the cost of each pair at full price will be incurred in order to repair the shoes, in addition to the handling fee and applicable shipping costs.
