Crowdfunding Returns & Exchanges

- To initiate a return, email request within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be in the original boxes, with all original packaging.
- Shoes must be free of scuffs, scratches, or any signs of wear.
- If shoes are worn, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
- Returns on which the soles or heel tips are damaged may result in a refurbishment fee or may be refused if unable to be refurbished.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return on shoes that do not meet the requirements.
- Refunds/exchanges are subject to restrictions, and are as instructed below.
- To initiate an exchange, you must notify us via email within 14 days of arrival.
- The return must be postmarked within the 14-day period to qualify.
- We must first receive the return back in good condition as specified above to qualify.
- You can exchange size for both feet, or only one foot.
- If you feel only one shoe is too small or large, email us. We can help exchange single left or right shoes. You would also keep one right or left, send back other.
- New fit exchanges will be for sizes 4-13 (us) in three different widths (standard/b, wide/c, extra-wide/d). A fit specialist can help as needed with finding your best fit.
- If your replacement is back-ordered, our team will be in touch with you directly.
- Not included: shipping costs of sending return back to warehouse. Please see “Return Shipping” section.
- Included at our expense (ASNY): shipping costs of sending item for exchange back out from warehouse to you.
- All returns for refund must follow the “returns” criteria above. Please read carefully.
- If you need a refund, a 50% refund and 50% credit will be issued when merchandise has been returned in good, unworn condition, and as specified in “returns” section above. Exclusions may apply.
- Shipping fees may not be included if applicable.

- We cannot take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your record.
