Kickstarter & Indiegogo Return / Exchange / Refund Policy 

UPDATE: Due to the constraints the COVID pandemic has placed on the business, in addition to the campaign being 3 years old and long ago out of funds, there are no refunds possible, partial or otherwise. Credit codes may be possible depending on status of order. 

All shoes shipped from July 1, 2020 onwards are final sale, no exchanges. Additional exchanges for sizing adjustments can be made by placing a new order.

Returns:

  • To initiate a return, email request within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be in the original boxes, with all original packaging.
  • Shoes must be free of scuffs, scratches, or any signs of wear.
  • If shoes are worn, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
  • Returns on which the soles or heel tips are damaged will result in a refurbishment fee of 30% cost of shoes, or may be refused if unable to be refurbished.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return on shoes that do not meet the requirements.
  • Refunds/exchanges are subject to restrictions, and are as instructed below.

Exchanges:

  • To initiate an exchange, you must notify us via email within 30 days of arrival.
  • The return must be postmarked within the 30-day period to qualify.
  • We must first receive the return back in good condition as specified above to qualify.
  • You may exchange a size for both feet, or only one foot, just email us. You would also keep one right or left shoe that fits, send back the other.
  • New fit exchanges will be for sizes 4-13 (US) in three different widths (Standard/B, Wide/C, Wider/D). A fit specialist can help as needed with finding your best fit.
  • If your replacement is back-ordered, our team will be in touch with you directly.
  • Not included: Any shipping costs. Please see “Return Shipping” section.

    Return Shipping:

      • Send return via carrier of your choice, with tracking info 
      • We cannot take responsibility for reimbursement if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your record. We will not be able to extend store credit should this occur. 
      • Send tracking info for your return to us via email.
      • Postmark your return within 30 days of delivery to the following address:

    • Once your exchanged pair is ready, and your returned shoes have been received, you will need to place a new order on the website with the credit code given.
