Shipping / Exchange & Return Policy

At Antonia Saint NY, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we have a Best Fit Policy where we will exchange your shoes to find a better fit, and make your feet happy.

For orders placed BEFORE March 10, 2020, you have 14 Days to return/exchange an item. See below for details and how to submit a return/exchange.

For orders placed AFTER March 10, 2020, you have 30 Days to return/exchange an item. See below for details and how to submit a return/exchange.


Antonia Saint NY currently offers four shipping methods for orders within contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and to APO/FPO from our fulfillment center.

For Free US Standard shipping, delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free by UPS Surepost and are delivered via standard USPS Military Mail and will arrive in 30-45 days, depending on where you’re sending them.

Due to the Coronavirus global crisis, The All Day and Night Block Heels are now set to begin shipping in May 2020.

Customers are given one (1) included exchange per order. Additional exchanges are always available by placing a new order at or by calling or emailing us for assistance. Shoes eligible for exchange or refund must be:

1) Returned unworn, only worn inside and on carpeting without any marks

2) Within the original boxes

3) Postmarked within 14 days from delivery for orders BEFORE March 10, 2020

Before returning, consider a size exchange! Watch this short video to help find your best fit!

You may return eligible shoes for a full refund, minus a return restocking fee of $18.00 USD that will be saved on your account (can be used for any future purchases), and which will be deducted from your refund once the returned shoes have been received and processed.

Note: Exchanges DO NOT incur a restocking fee. Only when an exchange results in a return for a full refund will there be a restocking fee.

If your returned shoes return to us visibly worn and damaged, we will send you documentation of the damages, and your shoes will be quarantined in order to be refurbished. If refurbishment is necessary, we will let you know as soon as possible, and a 30% USD refurbishment fee from the cost of each pair will be incurred in order to repair the shoes or dispose of them.

Canceled Orders

To cancel an order, call or email us during business hours Monday-Friday 8 AM to 8 PM EST. Once an item has shipped however, an order cannot be cancelled. If it is shipped, it can either be kept or exchanged for no additional fee, or it must be returned to process a refund, minus a processing fee of $18.00 USD per return transaction. This fee can be used as a credit on your account for future purchases.
